Remember, be safe, ask for consent, and never fake the Big O! The orgasm gap is real, and it does not help anyone to fake an orgasm!

A few things to remember about orgasms:

  • They are great!
  • They are not necessary or sex to be pleasurable!
  • They do not have to mark the end of sex!
  • The female orgasm can be clitoral, vaginal or blended.
  • Some people can have nipple and anal orgasms.
  • Orgasms can cause a release of Oxytocin in the brain – the bonding chemical.
  • Everyone’s body responds to different kinds of touch – explore with your partner what your bodies like!
  • Some women ejaculate – though it is not always accompanied with an orgasm
