Theresa Gallagher, Psy.D. | Director of Clinical Training
Theresa Gallagher, Psy.D. earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She has received specialized training in trauma informed therapeutic techniques, Forensic Psychology, and psychological assessment.
Dr. Gallagher believes deeply in providing space for her clients to feel empowered and supported. She is passionate about aiding individuals and couples find hope and strength within themselves and in their relationships.
Dr. Gallagher helps facilitate healthy communication between couples. She helps them explore unhealthy communication without allowing space for shame or blame. Theresa believes that couples can heal from trauma and resentment. She provides a safe space for couples to explore sex and intimacy in ways they may not be able to do on their own. She is supportive of her clients and meets them where they are at while also challenging them to reach their therapy goals.
Having worked with individuals who struggle finding the intimacy they desire, Dr. Gallagher has aided clients in exploring their sexuality and finding the strength to live a life that feels most authentic to them.

She helps her clients break free from the cycles of the past and move into the future with confidence and self-efficacy.

Dr. Gallagher believes that mental health and sex are so closely connected because as humans we desire closeness and intimacy.
