Sexual Trauma Process Group: Guided Healing for Survivors

Support for Healing After Sexual Trauma—On Your Terms

Have you ever felt like past trauma still shapes how you show up in relationships or moments of intimacy? If you’ve experienced sexual trauma, you may still be navigating its emotional, relational, or physical impacts—even years later.

Whether you’re just beginning to unpack your story or seeking a deeper level of healing, this therapist-led process group offers a safe, judgment-free space to reconnect with yourself and others who truly understand.

Designed specifically for women (cis and trans), femmes, and gender-expansive individuals assigned female at birth (AFAB), this group can help you reclaim safety, boundaries, intimacy, and trust all at your own pace.

What You’ll Gain from This Group:

Education on the Impacts of Sexual Trauma: Learn how sexual trauma affects your brain, body, and relationships—and how to begin reclaiming safety and agency.

Body-Based Healing Practices: Explore somatic tools that help regulate your nervous system and rebuild trust with your body after sexual trauma.
