What is Reebha's Approach?
With over a decade’s experience in the wellness space, Reebha has developed a passion for cultivating and nurturing the mind-body-soul connection as a path to holistic wellbeing. She views these three elements as being deeply intertwined, and when in balance, foster profound personal growth. This alignment helps individuals feel more integrated, whole, and embodied, creating a stronger sense of connection with themselves and the world around them.
Reebha is also passionate about continuously immersing herself in different cultures through travel, which has led her to develop a strong appreciation for diversity, as well as intersectionality. She recognizes the importance of acknowledging the powerful influence of sociocultural factors and trauma – both personal and generational – on shaping one’s self-perception and identity. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in honoring the unique stories, identities, and diverse lived experiences of each client.
Reebha is committed to creating an inclusive and safe space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and encouraged to connect with their authentic selves as they navigate their therapeutic journey and explore their inner worlds. She embraces a collaborative approach, empowering clients to actively co-create their path to healing and growth. With a multidimensional framework, her interest draws from a diverse set of therapeutic modalities, including humanistic and existential theories, Internal Family Systems, somatic and body-based healing, and techniques for nervous system regulation.
“Eroticism challenges us to seek a different kind of resolution, to surrender to the unknown and ungraspable, and to breach the confines of the rational world.”
– Esther Perel –
Reebha's Philosophy on Sex and Mental Health
Reebha believes that sex and mental health are greatly interconnected and views their relationship as being multifaceted in nature. One inevitably impacts the other and can influence the ways in which individuals experience intimacy. She strongly supports the idea that pleasure is our birthright and we as humans are innately worthy of experiencing pleasure and intimacy in ways that feel empowering and authentic to us. Inspired by a mission to help individuals reclaim their pleasure and achieve sexual liberation, Reebha is dedicated to continuously exploring what it means to be embodied and how we can cultivate a deeper connection with our sexuality to experience embodied intimacy.
“When honored and cultivated, sexuality is a life-giving force that compels us to create, to love, and to evolve.”
– Melissa Walker, Author of “Whole Body Sex”
