What is Grace's Approach?

From a very early age, Grace was taught that therapy was the most important thing you could do for yourself. Hard work with a high payoff. She has taken this early life lesson into her therapeutic approach by practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, guiding individuals toward meaningful and lasting betterment in all aspects of life.

Grace believes that intimacy and sex are cornerstones of these practices as the human relationship with one’s self and others influence how individuals move through the world and see themselves within it.

“The doors to the world of the wild self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door. if you have an old, old story, that is a door… If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”

– Clarissa Pinkola Estes
