What is Carlyle's Approach?

Carlyle is a passionate advocate for the integration of sexual wellness and mental health. With a deep understanding of the intricate connection between the mind and body, he believes that a holistic approach to mental health can significantly enhance one’s sexual wellbeing, and vice versa. Drawing from a blend of personal experience and research-backed insights, he works to challenge societal taboos surrounding sex and mental health, emphasizing the importance of open communication, self-awareness, and emotional safety in both intimate and mental spaces.

By fostering an environment of inclusivity and acceptance, Carlyle educates individuals and couples on how mental health challenges can impact sexual experiences, and how, in turn, sexual satisfaction can positively affect mental well-being.  He believes that addressing emotional and psychological factors in a compassionate and non-judgmental way is essential for achieving a balanced, fulfilling life.

“The purpose of an intimate relationship is not that it be a place where we can hide from our weaknesses, but rather where we can safely let them go…”

– Marianne Williamson

Carlyle Values Empowerment

Through one-on-one in-person coaching, or virtual therapy, Carlyle empowers individuals to take ownership of their emotional health, sexuality, and overall well-being.  He advocates for a mindset where mental health and sexual health are not seen as separate entities but as interconnected aspects of a whole, thriving individual.

“One word frees us of all the weight and pain in life: That word is Love…”
