Modern Intimacy Enlightened Intimacy Blog

Evolving to the next step in intimacy!

Modern Intimacy is an organization dedicated to enlightening and educating people on how to create healthy and fulfilling intimate relationships. In our society, almost everything we learn in school is meant to prepare us to enter the workforce. What do we learn to prepare us for success in relationships? Through his research, coaching practice, and workshops, Michael Jascz has developed an approach that integrates both ancient and contemporary wisdom to help people learn how to foster conscious, creative, and meaningful relationships.

Michael's work incorporates not only the insights he has drawn from audiences at his public presentations in both the U.S. and Europe, but also the work of John Welwood, Harville Hendrix and Marshall Rosenberg. His work encompasses:

  • Love, romance and attraction, and the differences between each
  • Tools to create conscious and healthy relationships
  • Useful modern definitions of masculinity and femininity
  • A new language for relationships and intimacy that replaces old patterns of struggle and conflict

Relationships are in chaos. The divorce rate is 50% and climbing. Suffering in intimate relationships is rampant in modern society, but it doesn't have to be. In simple terms, if you want to get good at something, be it playing an instrument, a sport, or creating art, it requires practice and discipline. In the same way, intimacy is an art that can be learned, cultivated, and practiced. Modern Intimacy is leading the way.

Michael Jascz is a gifted and perceptive relationship coach. He also exhibits the same qualities in facilitating workshops. He is not afraid to "burst your bubbles" of outdated behavior patterns and continually invite you to be more aware of how you are in relationship. I am changed forever and deeply moved by his coaching of me and my partner. I got to see how engrained my habits and conditioned behavior really were, and with Michael's help, started to shift that pattern. I now have a deep, committed and brilliant relationship with a wonderful partner! Thanks, Michael!”
